With passive income doing the heavy lifting, we raised the price of her readings significantly and created a high-ticket Cosmic Coaching container for her most committed clients. Her social media following grew dramatically alongside it.

When I first met Melissa Wells, she already had ground beneath her feet. This is a three month minimum commitment – after which your contract transitions into a rolling monthly arrangement. If you decide to cancel at any point beyond the initial term, simply give thirty days notice and we'll wrap things up cleanly.
Unless this page says I'm fully booked and taking waitlist applications, I can usually get you started pretty quickly. Most clients prefer to begin on the first of the month for clean time tracking and straightforward invoicing – but we can discuss what works best for you on your discovery call.
This is essentially the Strategy Container plus execution hours. In the Strategy Container, I'm your business coach and second brain – I do the thinking and you implement. In the Full Support Retainer, you're also retaining my time for done-for-you services across any of the twelve execution areas listed on this page. Same strategy. Same thinking. Just with my hands on it too.
No – and I've tried offering them separately. What I found is that everyone ends up needing strategy anyway. Without it, there's no clarity, no direction, and no guarantee the execution is moving the needle. My methodology is tried, tested, and proven across countless clients. I know what works. And I won't compromise on that by executing without a solid strategic foundation.
It's a use it or lose it arrangement. My hours are carved out in your calendar each week – if you don't give me the work, I can't fill that time with someone else or void the cost. That said, we meet weekly for your strategy call, so you'll always know exactly what I'm working on, what progress has been made, and what's coming next.
In exceptional circumstances – illness, holidays, or other extenuating situations – we'll always find a way to handle it. And if I'm ever sick or on holiday, I will always make up the time. The use it or lose it policy exists specifically for situations where work simply isn't being provided.
If I have the availability, I'll give them to you. If I don't, I won't – I'm often fully booked. That said, if you know a big project is coming, we can plan ahead. You're also welcome to increase your retainer tier at any point after your initial three months, or within the term if space allows. You can decrease your hours too, but not within the three month minimum term and not without thirty days notice.
Because I'm not just a pair of hands. I'm your business coach and your executor – which means I'm not just actioning a plan, I'm the one who came up with it. There's no briefing, no translation, no gap between strategy and execution. I know your brand as well as you do. That's a fundamentally different experience to working with a freelancer who's doing their best with a brief.
There's no revenue threshold you need to meet to work with me. I have clients at seven figures, clients at six figures, and clients nowhere near either. I've worked with people in full time employment using their salary as their investment, stay at home parents building something around their family, and people funding their business through inheritance, savings, or investment payouts. If you want to build and monetise a knowledge business, I'm the person for you.
I work solo in your business. I have a small team for my own – but I don't operate an agency model. I've been there and done that, and I know that people don't want to pay a premium for my expertise and then get handed off to someone I'm paying a fraction of that. Everything I do for you is done by me.
That said, I'll always recommend outsourcing the things that can be done just as well by someone else for a lower cost – because my priority isn't just to grow your revenue. It's to grow your profit. I want you to have a business that's not just high earning but highly profitable. What you make isn't what you take home – and I want you to take home as much as humanly possible.
