A focused month to fix the branding foundations your marketing depends on – so every word you write and say finally works.
INTRODUCING
The 30-Day Sprint
most marketing is a waste of time and money
…if you haven't laid the right branding foundations, that is.
Even when you're doing all the right things, you can still get all the wrong results – because your positioning, persona, messaging, and verbal identity are what your marketing depends on to actually work.
Let's be real.
I can hand you the exact 7-figure funnel strategy I've tried, tested, and proven across countless clients to generate revenue repeatedly and predictably. I can throw in every template you need – your pages, your email sequences. I can even give you the copy swipe files, so you can see exactly how it should all be written.
But if you don't know:
1. What makes you different from hundreds of other coaches solving the exact same problem
2. How much of your personality to pack into your brand, so people buy into you (and later, from you)
3. How to communicate clearly – not cleverly – how people will actually benefit from what you're offering so they see the value
4. How to sound like you, instead of literally everyone else in the industry, or worse – a robot
…it's all pointless.
Get these wrong, and even the strategies making other people millions won't make you a penny.
If you want to cash in on your calling, you've got to get this locked in.
tell me, is this you?
- 1
You genuinely struggle to answer what makes you different to, rather than better than, your competitors. You don't want to do things cheaper or faster, so you need to find a way to stand out.
- 2
People compare your private coaching to other people's group programmes, or worse, their memberships. You don't want to be seen as the entry-level option. You want to charge high-ticket.
- 3
People say they love your energy in person, but it isn't translating properly online. You want to be professional, but it feels more like you're performing. You never really know what, or how much, to share.
- 4
People like and comment on your posts, but engagement isn't conversion. You're starting to wonder whether they just see you as an influencer they follow rather than an entrepreneur they buy from.
- 5
When you explain what you do, it takes ages for people to get it. You've been advised to niche down, but you're scared of missing out, or getting bored. You also worry your work is too holistic, or not specialised enough.
- 6
You struggle to sell your offer, because there isn't a measurable outcome. What you deliver is more about internal shifts than external results – so people see it as a "nice-to-have," rather than something they need.
- 7
You know you need to speak in plain English, but your work is psychological or spiritual, and involves a lot of abstract concepts. You don't know how to describe it in practical, tangible language, without resorting to jargon.
- 8
You've reread old content and can't even tell whether you or your nearest direct competitor wrote it. But you can tell when you've used ChatGPT or Claude, because they've got a stronger tone of voice than you.
imagine if...
Your following grows like weeds, because now you know exactly who you're talking to – it's quick and easy to create content that gets engagement.
Your followers move off social and into your world – subscribing to your newsletter, downloading your lead magnet, browsing your sales pages.
Your discovery calls get booked, and people actually show up. And when they do, you know you'll close them, because you always do now.
When you launch, you sell out. Every time. Without you having to extend the cart, or throw in any last-minute bonuses.
But, truth be told, you don't even need to show up and sell – your evergreen funnel does it for you, on repeat, while you sleep.
Your peers start inviting you onto their podcasts, and to speak at their events. You also make real friends in your industry.
You start getting actual coverage – not the BS pay-to-pay "features" going around right now, but proper press and TV appearances.
And the invitations only get bigger. People who found you through your Substack or podcast start asking for the keynote. The TED Talk.
You might even find brands you've loved and used for years reaching out first – asking if you'll partner with them, or become an affiliate.
And before you know it, your products are stocked in actual stores, and people recognise you outside the coaching industry.
e.g. Someone's telling your aunt how much you changed their life, waiting in line at Big Tesco (or Target).
THAT'S WHY YOU SHOULD BOOK MY
30-day sprint
So you can make this vision of yours a reality.
The truth is, your marketing won't work well – or at all – unless your brand positioning, persona, messaging, and verbal identity do. So let's lay those foundations properly, once and for all.
this if for you if you're:
JUST STARTING OUT
STRUGGLING TO GROW
SCALING BACK, NOT FORWARD
but some categories of coaching are harder than others
1. You're a spiritual or energetic coach
Quantum leaping, alchemising, energy clearing – none of it can be quantified. The result is entirely subjective, which means the whole sale rests on how deeply someone already trusts your personal brand. It's the longest, hardest sales cycle there is.
Psychological and mindset coaching struggles for a similar reason: nobody wakes up thinking "I need to fix my limiting beliefs today." They think "I'm not making enough money" or "my relationship's falling apart." Both are really just extensions of the same problem – an outcome too intangible to sell on its own.
2. You're a business or marketing coach
Business and marketing coaches struggle with their own branding for a few very specific reasons:
- The curse of knowledge. You know every strategy and tactic there is. When working with clients, this is advantageous. But when working on your own brand, it becomes very easy to overthink every decision until you end up in a state of analysis paralysis.
- The identity congruence problem. For you, your marketing is proof of your competence – a live portfolio. Which means the pressure to be "perfect" is immense: you think if your content isn't flawless, your leads will assume you can't help them with theirs either.
- A lack of objective distance. It's impossible to read the label from inside the bottle. Also, when you look at your own business, you're looking through the lens of your own limiting beliefs and fears, which blinds you to how a cold prospect really sees you.
- The 'physician heal thyself' trap. You think you should know it all – so you don't hire when you need it. You wait until you're so stuck and blocked that you have no other option. Because underneath it, you're worried that if you pay someone for the very same service you provide for other people, word will get around that you're actually a bit shit at it.
- Depleted reserves. You give your best hours, and your best strategy and/or execution, to your clients – which means by the time you sit down to work on your own brand, you're running on fumes rather than a full tank.
If you're in one of these categories, The 30-Day Sprint matters more for you and your business than almost anyone else. Be sure to book in, so we can sort this out!

hey there
i'm vanessa
A 3x award-winning psycholinguist, turned branding and marketing strategist for coaches.
I've spent the last twenty years building some of the most compelling, converting brands in the world – from Fortune 500 companies like Coca-Cola, Amazon, and Walt Disney, to celebrities, influencers, and the coaches I now work with exclusively.
Not only do I have a PhD in psycholinguistics – I also hold postgraduate degrees in education and research methods, an ICF-accredited coaching certification, training in five modalities of therapy, a Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification, and a diploma from the Institute of Sales Management. So I don't just have lived experience making money for clients. I'm actually trained to, as well.
I genuinely don't leave a single stone unturned – which is why I've won three industry awards, been featured in Vogue, ELLE, and Marie Claire, and am due to publish my debut book, Express Yourself, with Hay House very soon.
I've helped people scale from startup to seven figures. Go from million-dollar years to million-dollar months. Land book deals. Secure TED Talks. Blow up their social media. Pop off in the press. My most recent success story ended up with a magazine cover, a TV expert role – and her face on a billboard in Times Square.
I'm not a jack of all trades. But I'm absolutely a master of the ones that matter – and I'd love to help you get your branding right, so everything else you build on top of it actually works.
why i built this
For years, I only had two strategic offerings: a Power Hour, and a 3-Month Coaching Container.
But I kept running into the same problem.
- A single hour wasn't enough time to do proper branding work – positioning, persona, messaging, and verbal identity all require real thought, not just sixty minutes.
- And the Container was brilliant for people ready to go deep, but what a lot of people actually wanted was to get straight into marketing – not spend their first month laying brand foundations first.
So I built the Sprint to fill that gap, sitting exactly in between. A focused month, entirely dedicated to getting your branding right – so your marketing actually has something solid to stand on.
However, I want to be clear: this isn't a prerequisite for my 3-Month Coaching Container. (Though you're more than welcome to join that afterwards, if you'd like to.)
Instead, it's an intensive way to work with me on your branding strategy alone – so you stop wasting time and money on marketing, and start actually seeing results. Once you've got the strategy, you can put it to work yourself.
(It also comes complete with documents you can hand to your team, or your AI: SOPs, so your team's briefed properly from day one, and Skills, so everything your AI tells you to say or write sounds exactly like you.)
example breakdown
Every Sprint is tailored to what your audit uncovers, but here's the typical shape:
BEFORE
Onboarding Call + Business Audit
We kick off properly – covering your intentions for our time together, the problems you're longing to solve, and the goals you're hoping to hit. Before we build anything, I diagnose exactly what's holding your branding and marketing back – and map out precisely what needs fixing, and in what order.
WEEK 1
Positioning
We work out exactly where you stand in the market, and what makes you the only choice, rather than one of many. You leave with your Positioning Playbook.
WEEK 2
Persona
We define who you are at work – on purpose, not by accident. You leave with your Persona Profile.
WEEK 3
Messaging
We turn your positioning and persona into words people actually understand, and remember. You leave with your Messaging Framework, covering both your core message and your offer-level messaging.
WEEK 4
Verbal Identity
We lock in your voice, tone, grammar, and lexicon, so everything you write from here on sounds unmistakably like you. You leave with your Verbal Identity Guide.
AFTER
Brand Bible Creation + Offboarding Call
Everything gets compiled into one manual – your Positioning, Persona, Messaging, and Verbal Identity, together at last, yours to keep and use for years. We talk through what's next – whether that's applying your new foundations to your marketing yourself, or continuing the work together inside my 3-Month Coaching Container.
A quick, honest note on scope: we always start with branding, because that's where the biggest wins are. If your foundations turn out lighter than expected, we'll use any spare time in the month to start applying them to your marketing, too.
is the 30-day sprint a fit?
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- Your marketing's wasting your time, and costing you money.
- You want your branding fixed, so your marketing can finally get results.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF…
- You've got one specific problem, not a whole foundation to lay → book a Power Hour instead – sixty focused minutes on the exact thing that's stuck.
- You want ongoing, deeper support over months, not weeks → the 3-Month Coaching Container picks up where the Sprint ends, and goes further.

DUUUDE:
you complain people aren't paying you attention...
...but YOU'RE not paying attention to the ONE thing that would make them do just that – your brand.
- 1. Curiosity (The Hook)
This is where you stop people in their tracks. By nailing your brand positioning, you figure out exactly what makes your business useful and different from the competition. Your message cuts through the noise and turns their heads because you are addressing a raw problem or a deep desire they have right now. - 2. Enlightenment (The Trust)
Once you have their attention, how do you hold it? You get them to lean in. This is where your brand messaging and persona do the heavy lifting. You clearly educate the prospect on how your service solves their specific problem. And by using a distinct verbal brand identity you sound like a real, trustworthy human instead of a robot pretending to be one that may kill us all in a decade. They stop scrolling and start hanging on your every word. - 3. Commitment (The Close)
You’ve driven their attention this far – now you get them to follow your lead. Because your positioning was sharp and your verbal identity built massive trust, the final ask feels totally natural. Whether it's pressing the buy button or booking a call, they are ready to commit to you...
...the question is – are you ready to commit to me?
